We process and ship all orders within 7–10 business days from our Brooklyn studio. Standard US shipping via USPS or UPS takes an additional 10–12 business days, so most domestic orders arrive within 13–15 business days total. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. For international orders, free shipping kicks in at $100 USD. Below those thresholds, US shipping is a flat $5.99 and international shipping is $15.99.

Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 14–21 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing. Please note that import duties, VAT, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates.

We accept returns on unworn, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Because crystals are energetic objects, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or removed from their sealed packaging — once the seal is broken, the stone has begun its work with you. Yes — every crystal we sell is 100% natural and authentic, sourced directly from trusted suppliers in Brazil, Madagascar, India, and the United States. We never sell synthetic, lab-created, or dyed stones passed off as natural. Each piece is hand-selected by our team in Brooklyn for its color, clarity, and energy.

A small note: some Citrine on the market is heat-treated Amethyst (a permanent, industry-standard treatment). We disclose this on the product page whenever it applies. Natural Citrine is rarer and paler; treated Citrine is the warm honey-gold color most people picture.

There are three methods we recommend — pick whichever fits your life:

• Moonlight: Set the stone on a windowsill overnight under a full moon. The simplest, oldest method.
• Smoke: Pass the stone through the smoke of sage, palo santo, or incense for a few seconds.
• Selenite: Place stones on a Selenite slab overnight — Selenite is one of the few stones that cleanses without needing to be cleansed itself.

It depends on the stone. Hard, non-porous stones like Clear Quartz, Amethyst, Citrine, Rose Quartz, Tiger's Eye, and Jasper are fine with a quick rinse. Never submerge Selenite — it is a form of Gypsum and will literally dissolve in water (this is chemistry, not mysticism). Also avoid water for Malachite, Lapis Lazuli, Turquoise, and any porous or soft stone. If in doubt, don't submerge anything you'd be upset to lose.

• Rose Quartz — for self-love and softening the inner critic.
• Citrine — for warmth, motivation, and the slow project of abundance.

Honest answer: no, not in the way the internet sometimes suggests. Crystals won't change your life, attract a lover, or pay your rent. What they do — and what we believe makes them worth keeping — is serve as small, daily reminders of intentions you've already set. A stone on your desk isn't magic. It's a witness. It's a cue. It's the part of the practice that doesn't require you to believe in anything at all.

Start with a Rider–Waite–Smith deck (it's the standard, and every guidebook references it). You don't need to memorize 78 card meanings before you begin. Pull one card a day for a month and read just the one sentence that lands. By month two, you'll know the deck the way you know an old friend's moods — not by memorizing, but by sitting with it.

An intention is different from a wish. A wish is "I want this to happen." An intention is "I am the kind of person for whom this happens." The first is a sentence; the second is a long, slow project.

To set one with a crystal: hold the stone for one minute. Then say one sentence out loud that begins with "I am" — not what you want, but who you are practicing to become. Place the stone somewhere you'll see it daily. Re-set the intention at the next full moon, or whenever it feels stale.
